On Suspending the 30-Day Period of Review of the Letter of Request to Grant Permission for the Management of the Non-Public Investment Fund of “Armenia Development and Investment Corporation” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 2(3), and Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 112(1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 12, dated February 25, 2026); and
Having examined the letter of request, dated February 6, 2026, together with all required documents and supporting materials submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the request for permission to manage the non-public investment fund of “Armenia Development and Investment Corporation” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company,

Decided:

1. Suspend the 30-day period of review of the letter of request to grant permission for the management of the non-public investment fund of “Armenia Development and Investment Corporation” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, in order to clarify certain facts and/or circumstances.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Armenia Development and Investment Corporation” UCO CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Armenia Development and Investment Corporation” UCO CJSC.
