On Resuming the 30-Day Period of Review of the Letter of Request to Grant Permission for the Management of the Non-Public Investment Fund of “Algosphere Asset Management” Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 112 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 10, dated February 11, 2026); and
Having examined the letters of request, dated October 3, 2025, October 22, 2025, December 3, 2025, January 16, 2026, and February 2, 2026, as well as all required documents and supporting materials submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the request for permission to manage the non-public investment fund of “Algosphere Asset Management” Limited Liability Company,

Decided:

1. Resume the 30-day period suspended by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision (No. 1/394A, dated October 29, 2025) for granting permission for the management of the non-public investment fund of “Algosphere Asset Management” Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Algosphere Asset Management” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Algosphere Asset Management” LLC.
