 On Granting Consent to the General Terms and Conditions of Lending by “Gold & G.B.” Pawnshop Limited Liability Company

Having examined the General Terms and Conditions of lending by “Gold & G.B.” Pawnshop Limited Liability Company (hereinafter also referred to as the “Pawnshop”), submitted by the Pawnshop to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 11, 2026; and

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 5(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Pawnshops and Pawnshop Activity”,

 Decided: 

1. Grant consent to the General Terms and Conditions of lending by “Gold & G.B.” Pawnshop LLC, as submitted by the Pawnshop to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 11, 2026.
2. This decision to take effect upon its signing.
