GOVERNOR DECISION

 On Approving the Liquidation Balance Sheet of the Non-Public Intermediate Specialized Non-Diversified Contractual Investment Fund “PHB Capital Alpha” Limited Liability Company

Pursuant to Article 20(“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 102 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 11, dated February 18, 2026); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated January 30, 2026, and February 9, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “PHB Capital Alpha” Limited Liability Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 Decided: 

1. Approve the liquidation balance sheet of the Non-Public Intermediate Specialized Non-Diversified Contractual Investment Fund “PHB Capital Alpha” LLC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “PHB Capital Alpha” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “PHB Capital Alpha” LLC.
