 On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “ID Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company 

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 201(1) and Paragraph 188 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 11, dated February 18, 2026); and the letters of request, dated January 5, 2026, January 19, 2026, and February 5, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, submitted by “ID Bank” CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 Decided: 

  1. Remove Vache Varosyan from his registered role as Member of the Executive Board of “ID Bank” CJSC.
  2. Register Vahan Yolyan into the role as Member of the Executive Board of “ID Bank” CJSC.
  3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “ID Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “ID Bank” CJSC.
