GOVERNOR DECISION

 On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Amundi-ACBA Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company 

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 61(1)(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26(1) of Regulation 10/05 “Accreditation of Management of Investment Fund Managers and Custodians; Accreditation of Natural Persons Implementing Investment Fund Management and Investment Fund Custody, Criteria for their Professional Compliance; and the List of Topics for Assessing their Professional Qualification” as approved by Resolution No. 115-N, dated May 2, 2005, of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 11, dated February 18, 2026); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated November 21, 2025, December 22, 2025, and January 21, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Amundi-ACBA Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 Decided: 

1. Remove Ariana Farmazyan from her registered role as Chief Accountant of “Amundi-ACBA Asset Management” CJSC.
2. Register Levon Qocharyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Amundi-ACBA Asset Management”
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Amundi-ACBA Asset Management” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Amundi-ACBA Asset Management” CJSC.
