GOVERNOR DECISION

 On Registration of the “Ejmiatsin” Branch of “Amio Bank” Closed Joint Stock Company 

         In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 28(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Chapter 6 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Resolution No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated April 12, 2005; and  

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 11, dated February 18, 2026); and the letters of request, dated January 23, 2026, February 5, 2026, February 12, 2026, and February 16, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Amio Bank” CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 Decided: 

  1. Register the “Ejmiatsin” branch of “Amio Bank” CJSC.
  2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Amio Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Amio Bank” CJSC.
