On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Liga Insurance” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 51(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Insurance and Insurance Activities”; and Paragraph 178 and Paragraph 192(1) of the Central Bank Regulation 3/01 “Procedure on Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Insurance Sector” as approved by Board Resolution No. 344-N of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated October 30, 2007; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 11, dated February 18, 2026); and the letters of request, dated January 5, 2026, February 2, 2026, February 6, 2026, February 9, 2026, and February 18, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 Decided: 

1. Remove Gagik Grigoryan from his registered role as Executive Director of “Liga Insurance” Insurance
2. Remove Vahagn Aghavelyan from his registered role as Deputy Executive Director of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
3. Register Vahagn Aghavelyan into the role as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
4. Register Artak Antonyan, who has been registered as Deputy Executive Director, into the role as Member of the Board of Directors of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
5. Register Grigor Navasardyan, who has been registered as Deputy Executive Director, into the role as Member of the Board of Directors of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
6. Register Armine Zaqaryan into the role as Member of the Board of Directors of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC, on the basis of her serving the position of Chief Accountant ex officio.
7. Remove Danil Khachaturov from his registered role as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
8. Remove Ara Gasparyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
9. Remove Sona Dalalyan from her registered role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
10. Remove Karine Minasyan from her registered role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
11. Remove Elina Markaryan from her registered role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
12. Register Paul Swoboda into the role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
13. Register Aristodemos Aristodemou into the role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
14. Register Andreas Wimmer into the role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
15. Register Gernot Reiter into the role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
16. Register Klaus Scheitegel into the role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
17. Register Gagik Grigoryan into the role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
18. Register Arman Vardanyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
19. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Liga Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
