On Registration of the “Megamall” Branch of “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company
In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 7(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Resolution No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 1, 2008; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 10, dated February 11, 2026); and the letters of request, dated January 22, 2026, February 3, 2026, and February 4, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization LLC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,
Decided:
- Register the “Megamall” branch of “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization LLC.
- This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Mogo” UCO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Mogo” UCO LLC.
