On Registration of the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for Bonds of “Armenia Economy Development Bank” Open Joint-Stock Company
Whereas, on February 3, 2026, and February 5, 2026, “Armenia Economy Development Bank” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for the registration of the supplement to a program prospectus for nominal coupon bonds, as registered by Governor Decision No. 1/484A of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated December 24, 2025, together with all documents and supporting materials required for prospectus registration pursuant to the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Statements of Reporting Issuers” as approved by Resolution No. 68-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated March 11, 2008;
Based on the foregoing, and
Pursuant to Article 2(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,
Decided:
- Register the supplement to the program prospectus for nominal coupon bonds, presented by “Armenia Economy Development Bank” OJSC and registered by Governor Decision No. 1/484A of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated December 24, 2025.
- This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Armenia Economy Development Bank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Armenia Economy Development Bank” OJSC.
