GOVERNOR DECISION

 On Suspending the 20-Day Review Period for the Letter of Request for the Modification of Investment Services License No. IC 0030 of “Aktina Capital” Limited Liability Company

 

 In view of Article 2(3), and Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 220(1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 7, dated February 4, 2026); and

Having examined the letter of request for the modification of Investment Services License No. IC 0030, together with the required documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Aktina Capital” LLC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on January 23, 2026,

           Decided: 

  1. Suspend the 20-day review period for the letter of request for the modification of Investment Services License No. IC 0030 of “Aktina Capital” LLC.
  2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Aktina Capital” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Aktina Capital” LLC.
