On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Byblos Bank Armenia” Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 201(1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Resolution No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated April 12, 2005; and  

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 6, dated January 29, 2026); and the letter of request, dated January 19, 2026, submitted by “Byblos Bank Armenia” CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,    

         Decided: 

  1. Remove Alan Wanna from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Byblos Bank Armenia” CJSC.
  2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Byblos Bank Armenia” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Byblos Bank Armenia” CJSC.
