GOVERNOR DECISION

 On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company  

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Resolution No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated April 12, 2005; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 6, dated January 29, 2026); and the letters of request, dated December 15, 2025, December 17, 2025, January 13, 2026, and January 14, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Artsakhbank” CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,  

      Decided: 

  1. Register Vigen Barseghyan into the role as Member of the Executive Board of “Artsakhbank” CJSC.
  2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Artsakhbank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Artsakhbank” CJSC.
