On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Armeconombank” Open Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 201(1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Resolution No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated April 12, 2005; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 6, dated January 29, 2026); and the letter of request, dated January 8, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Armeconombank” OJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 Decided: 

  1. Remove Hakob Matevosyan from his registered role as Member of the Executive Board of, and as a person responsible for performing a risk management function within, “Armeconombank” OJSC.
  2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Armeconombank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Armeconombank” OJSC.
