GOVERNOR DECISION

 On Registration of the “Tsaghkadzor” Branch of “AES Credit” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 7(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Resolution No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 1, 2008; and     

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 6, dated January 29, 2026); and the letters of request, dated December 18, 2025, January 16, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, submitted by “AES Credit” UCO CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 Decided: 

  1. Register the “Tsaghkadzor” branch of “AES Credit” UCO CJSC.
  2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “AES Credit” UCO CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “AES Credit” UCO CJSC.
