GOVERNOR DECISION

 On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 9² of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 146(1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Resolution No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letter of request, dated January 15, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, submitted by “AYO” UCO CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 Decided:         

1. Remove Anna Bagoyan from her registered role as Inspector within “AYO” UCO CJSC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “AYO” UCO CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “AYO” UCO CJSC.
