GOVERNOR DECISION

On Granting Consent for the Use of the Computer Program Provided by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to “REZON” Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 113 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved by Resolution No 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated May 15, 2007; and

Considering the application, dated January 15, 2026, submitted by “REZON” LLC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 Decided: 

  1. Grant consent for the use of the computer program provided by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to “REZON” Limited Liability Company (foreign exchange trading License No. 890/1; address: 16/1 Gai Avenue, Nor Norq, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia).
  2. To the Central Bank’s Information Technology Department of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Directorate to carry out the installment of the respective computer program.
  3. This decision to take effect on the day it is signed.
