 On Keeping Records of the Changed Place of Business Activity of the “Yeghegnadzor” Branch of “Upay” Payment and Settlement Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 104 of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” as approved by Resolution No. 285-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated October 25, 2011; and

Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 5, dated January 21, 2026); and the letter of request, together with the documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Upay” PSO CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 23, 2025,

 Decided: 

1. Keep records of the changed place of business activity of the “Yeghegnadzor” branch of “Upay” PSO CJSC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Upay” PSO CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Upay” PSO CJSC.
