 On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Easy Pay” Payment and Settlement Organization Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 22 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”; and Chapter 10 of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” as approved by Resolution No. 285-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated October 25, 2011; and

Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 5, dated January 21, 2026); and the letters of request submitted by “Easy Pay” PSO LLC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 24, 2025, January 16, 2026, and January 20, 2026,

 Decided: 

  1. Register Sona Yamukyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Easy Pay” PSO LLC.
  2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Easy Pay” PSO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Easy Pay” PSO LLC.
