 On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Aktina Capital” Limited Liability Company

 

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26(1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration”, approved by Resolution No. 15-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated January 15, 2008; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 5, dated January 21, 2026); and the letter of request, along with the required documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Aktina Capital” LLC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 30, 2025,

 Decided: 

  1. Remove Tigran Davtyan from his registered role as Executive Director of “Aktina Capital”
  2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Aktina Capital” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Aktina Capital” LLC.
