On Registering Vakhtang Abrahamyan as Member of the Board of “Unibank” Open Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 02, dated January 14, 2026); and the letter of request, along with the documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Unibank” OJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 26, 2025,  

         

           Decided:

 

  1. Register Vakhtang Abrahamyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Unibank” OJSC.
  2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Unibank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Unibank” OJSC.
