GOVERNOR DECISION

On Registration of the Management of “C Capital & Investments” Limited Liability Company 

     In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008; and     

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 57, dated December 24, 2025); and the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 1A, dated January 7, 2026, and the letters of request, along with the required documents and supporting materials submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on September 29, 2025, October 16, 2025, November 11, 2025, December 4 and December 9, 2025 by Rafik Suvaryan, the initiator of the establishment of “C Capital & Investments” LLC,   

 Decided: 

  1. Register Garik Hovhannisyan into the role as Executive Director of “C Capital & Investments” LLC.
  2. Register Marine Arushanyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “C Capital & Investments” LLC.
  3. Register Arsen Ghazaryan into the role as Head of Internal Audit within “C Capital & Investments” LLC.
  4. This decision to enter into force on the day following its delivery to Rafik Suvaryan.
