January 7, 2026 No. 1/15 A 

On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188, Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;   

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 01, dated January 7, 2026); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Artsakhbank” CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 5, 2025, and December 15, 2025,

          Decided: 

1. Register Vahagn Muradyan into the role as Member of the Executive Board of “Artsakhbank” CJSC.
2. This decision to enter into force upon its being recorded with “Artsakhbank” CJSC or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Artsakhbank” CJSC.
