GOVERNOR DECISION

 On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Ingo Armenia” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 51(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Insurance and Insurance Activities”; and Paragraph 178, Paragraph 216 of the Central Bank Regulation 3/01 “Procedure on Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Insurance Sector” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 344-N, dated October 30, 2007;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 01, dated January 7, 2026); and

Having examined the letters of request, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Ingo Armenia” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 9, 2025, and December 23, 2025,

Decided:

1. Register Armen Mkrtchyan into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “Ingo Armenia” Insurance CJSC.
2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Ingo Armenia” Insurance CJSC, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Ingo Armenia” Insurance CJSC.
