Registering the Changes to the Structure of Managers of “Armenia Stock Exchange”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20, Paragraph 26(1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 01, dated January 7, 2026); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Armenia Stock Exchange” OJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2025,

 We decide: 

1. Remove Bartosz Andrey Basia from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Armenia Stock Exchange” OJSC.
2. Register Michal Kobza into the role as Member of the Board of “Armenia Stock Exchange”
3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Armenia Stock Exchange” OJSC, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Armenia Stock Exchange” OJSC.
