On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Ardshinbank” Open Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 201(1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 01, dated January 7, 2026); and     

Having examined the letter of request, along with the required documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Ardshinbank” OJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 24, 2025,

                  Decided: 

  1. Remove Tigran Sargsyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Ardshinbank” OJSC.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Ardshinbank” OJSC, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Ardshinbank” OJSC.
