GOVERNOR DECISION

 January 7, 2026  No. 1/11 A

 On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Cube Invest” Investment Firm Closed Joint-Stock Company  

          In view of Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26(1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 01, dated January 7, 2026); and

 Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Cube Invest” IF CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on July 11, 2025, August 26, 2025, September 23, 2025, October 21, 2025, November 20, 2025, December 18, 2025, and December 25, 2025,

          Decided: 

1. Remove Arsen Katvalyan from his registered role as Member of the Directorate-Deputy Executive Director of “Cube Invest” IF
2. Register Arsen Katvalyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Cube Invest” IF
3. Register Hayk Mkrtchyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Cube Invest” IF
4. Register Robert Petrosyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Cube Invest” IF
5. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Cube Invest” IF CJSC, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Cube Invest” IF CJSC.
