 On Registration of Changes to the Composition of the Management of “Finca” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133, Paragraph 146(1), and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 01, dated January 7, 2026); and

Having examined the letter of request, dated December 15, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables,

 Decided:         

  1. Remove Gevorg Ter-Hovhannisyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Finca” UCO CJSC.
  2. Register Gevorg Ter-Hovhannisyan into the role as Director General-Chairman of Executive Board of “Finca” UCO CJSC.
  3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Finca” UCO CJSC, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Finca” UCO CJSC.
