Introducing Change to Governor Decision No. 1/475A, dated December 17, 2025, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia  

  

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and

Pursuant to Article 33(3) and Article 34 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Normative Legal Acts”,

           Decided: 

  1. In operative clause 1 of Governor Decision No. 1/475A, dated December 17, 2025, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia “On Registration of Change to the Composition of the Management of Armenian Export Insurance Agency ICJSC”, after the words “Deputy Executive Director”, add the words “, Member of the Board of Directors”.
