On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Neo Credit” Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company 

          In view of Article 18(4)(“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 9²(1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133, Paragraph 146(1), and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and

Having examined the letters of request, dated December 15, 2025, December 23, 2025, and December 29, 2025, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Neo Credit” Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

       Decided: 

1. Remove Mikael Arabyan from his registered role as Inspector within “Neo Credit” CO CJSC.
2. Remove Nubar Balayan from her registered role as Chief Accountant of “Neo Credit” CO CJSC.
3. Register Marine Ghazaryan into the role as Inspector within “Neo Credit” CO CJSC.
4. Register Svetlana Manucharyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Neo Credit” CO CJSC.
5. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Neo Credit” CO CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Neo Credit” CO CJSC.
