ON REGISTRATION OF THE MANAGERS OF “AKREDIT” CREDIT UNION LLC

Pursuant to Clause “g¹” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 9 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, Clause 133 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting of Consents and Authorisations, Verification of Professional Compliance and Qualification in the Sector of Credit Organization Activities”, approved by Resolution No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 1, 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 54 of December 10, 2025), Decision No. 219 A of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated December 30, 2025, as well as the applications and the enclosed documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on August 4, 2025, August 5, 2025, August 25, 2024, August 26, 2025, September 1, 2025, September 29, 2025, October 24, 2025, November 13, 2025 and November 21, 2025 by the person initiating the establishment of “AKREDIT” Credit Union LLC,
I HEREBY DECIDE TO:
1. Register Mr. Varuzhan Sahakyan as a Board Member of “AKREDIT” Credit Union LLC.
2. Register Mr. Seyran Sahakyan as a Board Member of “AKREDIT” Credit Union LLC.
3. Register Ms. Emma Sahakyan as a Board Member of “AKREDIT” Credit Union LLC.
4. Register Mr. Grigor Sahakyan as an Executive Director of “AKREDIT” Credit Union LLC.
5. Register Mr. Manuk Grigoryan as a Chief Accountant of “AKREDIT” Credit Union LLC.
6. Register Ms. Karine Kolyan as a Controller of “AKREDIT” Credit Union LLC.
7. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its receipt by “AKREDIT” Credit Union LLC or its authorized representative in the manner established by “AKREDIT” Credit Union LLC.
