ON REGISTRATION OF THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF “EXPORT INSURANCE AGENCY OF ARMENIA” ICJSC

Pursuant to Clause “g¹” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Section 2 of Article 51 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Insurance and Insurance Activities”, Clauses 178 and 216 of Regulation 3/01 “Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Granting of Consents and Authorisations, Verification of Professional Compliance and Qualification in the Insurance Sector”, approved by Resolution No. 344-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated October 30, 2007, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 57 of December 24, 2025), Minutes No. 39 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated December 30, 2025, as well as the application and the enclosed documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Export Insurance Agency of Armenia” ICJSC on December 3, 2025 and December 18th, 2025,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:
1. Register Mr. Albert Babayan as Chief Executive Officer and Governor of the Management Board of “Export Insurance Agency of Armenia” ICJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its receipt by “Export Insurance Agency of Armenia” ICJSC or its duly authorized representative in the manner established by “Export Insurance Agency of Armenia” ICJSC.
