ON APPROVAL OF THE GENERAL LENDING CONDITIONS OF “CREDEX” LLC PAWNSHOP

Pursuant to Section 3 of Article 2 and Clause “g¹” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, as well as Section 4 of Article 5 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Pawnshops and Pawnshop Activities”, taking into account the general lending conditions of “Credex” LLC Pawnshop (hereinafter also referred to as the “Pawnshop”), submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on October 3, 2025,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Grant consent to the general lending conditions of “Credex” LLC Pawnshop submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 11, 2025.
2. This Decision shall enter into force upon its execution.
