ON THE REGISTRATION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE BOND PROSPECTUS OF “FAST BANK” CJSC

On December 11, December 18 and December 23, 2025, “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for registration of the supplement to the bond prospectus for registered coupon bonds registered by Decision No. 1/249A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 23, 2025, as well as all documents required for registration of the prospectus under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers”, approved by Resolution No. 68-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated March 11th, 2008.
Pursuant to the aforementioned and Section 3 of Article 2 of the RA Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Securities Market”,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Register the amendment to the bond prospectus for registered coupon bonds registered by Decision No. 1/249A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 23, 2025, submitted by “Fast Bank” CJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its receipt by “Fast Bank” CJSC or its authorized representative in the manner established by “Fast Bank” CJSC.
