ON REGISTRATION OF THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ARMENIAN MOTOR INSURERS’ BUREAU NGO

Pursuant to Clause “g1” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Section 2 of Article 51 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Insurance and Insurance Activities”, Subclause 1 of Clause 192 and Clause 216 of Regulation 3/01 “Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Granting of Consents and Authorizations, Verification of Professional Compliance and Qualification in the Insurance Sector”, approved by Resolution No. 344-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated October 30, 2007, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 57 of December 24th, 2025), as well as the applications and the enclosed documents submitted by the Armenian Motor Insurers Bureau NGO to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on November 19, 2025 and November 28, 2025,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Deregister Ms. Julietta Atayan, registered as the Head of Internal Audit of the Armenian Motor Insurers Bureau NGO.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its receipt by the Armenian Motor Insurers Bureau NGO or its authorized representative in the manner established by the Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau NGO.
