ON REGISTRATION OF THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF “ARDSHINBANK” OJSC

Pursuant to Clause “g1” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Section 2 of Article 33 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, Subclause 1 of Clause 201 and Clause 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting of Consents and Authorisations in the Banking Sector, Verification of Professional Compliance and Qualification”, approved by Resolution No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated April 12, 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 57 of December 24, 2025), as well as the application and the enclosed documents submitted by “Ardshinbank” OJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 3, 2025,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Deregister Mr. Artak Khachatryan, registered as a member of the Management Board of “Ardshinbank” OJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its receipt by “Ardshinbank” OJSC or its authorized representative in the manner established by “Ardshinbank” OJSC.
