ON AMENDMENTS TO THE REGISTER OF MEMBERS OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES SUBJECT TO REGISTRATION BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

Pursuant to Clause "g¹" of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Section 7 of Article 11 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”, Clause 2 of the “Procedure on Maintaining the Register of the Members of Limited Liability Companies Subject to Registration by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” approved by Decision No. 206-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 15, 2014, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 57 dated December 24, 2025), and the application and accompanying documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 16, 2025 by “AKTINA CAPITAL” LLC,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Make amendments to the register of the members of a limited liability companies subject to registration by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, due to the increase in the charter capital of “AKTINA CAPITAL” LLC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “AKTINA CAPITAL” LLC, or to its authorized representative, in the manner established by “AKTINA CAPITAL” LLC.
