ON REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE BOND PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “TEAM HOLDING” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 On 3 December 2025, “TEAM HOLDING” CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for registration of the supplement to the nominal, coupon bond program prospectus registered by Decision No. 1/417A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 19 November 2025, along with all documents required for the registration of the prospectus under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers” approved by Decision No. 68N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 11 March 2008.

Based on the foregoing and pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register the supplement to the nominal, coupon bond program prospectus submitted by “TEAM HOLDING” CJSC, which was registered by Decision No. 1/417A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 19 November 2025.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “TEAM HOLDING” CJSC, or its delivery to the person authorized by “TEAM HOLDING” CJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
