ON REGISTERING THE BOND PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “FREE STYLE” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
On 20 November 2025, “FREE STYLE” LLC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for registration of the nominal, coupon bond program prospectus with a total volume of AMD 1,500,000,000 (one billion five hundred million), with a nominal value of AMD 100,000 (one hundred thousand) and/or USD 100 (one hundred), as well as the corresponding prospectus and all documents required for the registration of the prospectus under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers” approved by Decision No. 68N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 11 March 2008.
On 2 December 2025 and 9 December 2025, “FREE STYLE” LLC also submitted supplements to the program prospectus.
Based on the foregoing and pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”, and taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 54 dated 10 December 2025):

- To register the nominal, coupon bond program prospectus submitted by “FREE STYLE” LLC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 20 November 2025 (with the supplements submitted on 2 December and 9 December), with a total volume of AMD 1,500,000,000 (one billion five hundred million), and a nominal value of AMD 100,000 (one hundred thousand) and/or USD 100 (one hundred).
- This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “FREE STYLE” LLC, or its delivery to “CUBE INVEST” CJSC, or its delivery to the person authorized by “FREE STYLE” LLC in accordance with the established procedure.
