 ON SUSPENDING THE 30-DAY TIME LIMIT FOR THE REVIEW OF THE PETITION FOR GRANTING PERMISSION FOR NON-PUBLIC INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT TO “SMART OFFERS” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 112 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 54 dated 10 December 2025), and having discussed the petition and accompanying documents regarding the granting of permission for non-public investment fund management submitted by “SMART OFFERS” Closed Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 10 December 2025:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To suspend the 30-day time limit for the review of the petition for granting permission for non-public investment fund management to “SMART OFFERS” Closed Joint-Stock Company for the purpose of clarifying certain facts.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “SMART OFFERS” Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “SMART OFFERS” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
