 ON MAKING CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF “CENTER FOR ECONOMIC EDUCATION AND RESEARCH SUPPORT” FOUNDATION 

Pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Point 41 of the Charter of “Center for Economic Education and Research Support” Foundation:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To dismiss Hasmik Ghahramanyan from the position of Member of the Board of Trustees of “Center for Economic Education and Research Support” Foundation.
2. To appoint Narek Ghazaryan to the position of Member of the Board of Trustees of “Center for Economic Education and Research Support” Foundation.
3. This Decision shall enter into force in accordance with the procedure established by law.
