 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “FAST BANK” CJSC

 Pursuant to Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking Activity”, Point 226 of Regulation 1 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking Activity” approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 53 dated 3 December 2025), and the petitions and accompanying documents submitted by “FAST BANK” CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 14 October 2025 and 19 November 2025:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register Armine Ter-Hovsepyan in the position of Member of the Management Board of “FAST BANK” CJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
