 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “INECOBANK” CJSC 

Pursuant to Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking Activity”, Sub-point 1 of Point 201 and Point 226 of Regulation 1 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking Activity” approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 53 dated 3 December 2025), and the petitions and accompanying documents submitted by “INECOBANK” CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 15 October 2025 and 7 November 2025:

 I  D E C I D E: 

  1. To remove from registration Anna Alikhanyan, registered in the position of Member of the Management Board of “INECOBANK” CJSC.
  2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
