 ON SUSPENDING THE TIME LIMIT FOR REGISTERING THE BOND PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “EVOCABANK” OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 220 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 53 dated 3 December 2025), and having discussed the bond program prospectus and accompanying documents of “EVOCABANK” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted on 20 October 2025, as well as the supplement to the bond program prospectus submitted on 12 November 2025:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To suspend the time limit for registering the bond program prospectus of “EVOCABANK” Open Joint-Stock Company for the purpose of clarifying certain facts.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “EVOCABANK” Open Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “EVOCABANK” Open Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
