 ON MAKING A CHANGE IN THE REGISTER OF PARTICIPANTS OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES REGISTERED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA 

Pursuant to Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 7 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Limited Liability Companies”, Point 2 of the “Procedure on Maintaining the Register of Participants of Organizations which are Limited Liability Companies Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” approved by Decision No. 206-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 July 2014, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 53 dated 3 December 2025), and the petition and accompanying documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 31 October 2025, 14 November 2025, 18 November 2025, and 24 November 2025 by “Prime Capital” LLC,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To make a change in the register of participants of organizations which are limited liability companies registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, due to the change in the size of the participation of the sole participant of “Prime Capital” Limited Liability Company in the charter capital.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “Prime Capital” Limited Liability Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “Prime Capital” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
