ON REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “AMIO BANK” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BONDS

 On 11 November 2025, “AMIO BANK” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for registration of a supplement to the program prospectus of nominal, non-convertible, coupon bonds registered by Decision No. 1/289A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 13 August 2025, as well as all documents required for the registration of the prospectus under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “On Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers” approved by Decision No. 68N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 11 March 2008.

Based on the foregoing and pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register the supplement to the program prospectus of nominal, non-convertible, coupon bonds submitted by “AMIO BANK” Closed Joint-Stock Company, which was registered by Decision No. 1/289A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 13 August 2025.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “AMIO BANK” Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “AMIO BANK” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
