 ON REGISTERING THE MANAGERS OF “CUBE CREDIT” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY 

Pursuant to Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Point 133 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 52 dated 26 November 2025), Decision No. 208 A of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 28 November 2025, and the petitions submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 7 March 2025, 9 April 2025, 5 May 2025, 22 May 2025, 9 June 2025, 29 July 2025, 30 September 2025, and 29 October 2025 by Armen Ter-Hakobyan and Armine Najaryan, the persons initiating the creation of “CUBE CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company,

 I  D E C I D E: 

  1. To register Armen Ter-Hakobyan in the position of a member of the board of “CUBE CREDIT” UCO CJSC.
  2. To register Arsen Katvalyan in the position of a member of the board of “CUBE CREDIT” UCO CJSC.
  3. To register Mikayel Margaryan in the position of a member of the board of “CUBE CREDIT” UCO CJSC.
  4. To register Hayk Mkrtchyan in the position of the executive director of “CUBE CREDIT” UCO CJSC.
  5. To register Gayane Malkhasyan in the position of the chief accountant of “CUBE CREDIT” UCO CJSC.
  6. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
