 ON GRANTING CONSENT TO THE OPERATION OF THE COMPUTER SOFTWARE PROVIDED TO “INESSA” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

Pursuant to Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Point 113 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Exchange Purchase and Sale Operations” approved by Decision No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007, and taking into account the applications of “INESSA” Limited Liability Company dated 20 November 2025:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To grant consent to “INESSA” Limited Liability Company (Foreign Exchange Purchase and Sale License No. 883/2, address: 2/6 Yerevan-Meghri highway, Ayntap village, Ararat region, RA) and (Foreign Exchange Purchase and Sale License No. 883/3, address: building 2, 7th street, Ayntap village, Ararat region, RA) for the operation of the computer software provided by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
2. To instruct the Information Technology Department of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Directorate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to perform the installation of the respective software.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
