ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “FIDO INVEST” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Point 20 and Sub-point 1 of Point 26 of Regulation 4/05 “On Procedures for Qualification of Persons Providing Investment Services, the Operator, Managers of the Central Depository and Natural Persons Providing Investment Services, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and for Registration of Managers” approved by Decision No. 15N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 January 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 52 dated 26 November 2025) and the petition submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “FIDO INVEST” Closed Joint-Stock Company on 14 November 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Nune Mkrtchyan, who was registered in the position of the chief accountant of “FIDO INVEST” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
