ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “MELLAT BANK” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY 

Pursuant to Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking”, Sub-point 1 of Point 201 and Point 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Field of Banking” approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 52 dated 26 November 2025) and the petition and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “MELLAT BANK” Closed Joint-Stock Company on 03 November 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Karine Sahakyan, who was registered in the position of the person responsible for the risk management function of “MELLAT BANK” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. To register Hasmik Mikichyan in the position of the person responsible for the risk management function of “MELLAT BANK” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
4. Point 2 of this Decision shall be in effect until 26 November 2026.
